Childbirth in CHS hospitals has been made safer through the use of an AI-based maternal-fetal early warning system which helps identify patients at high risk for adverse outcomes during labor and delivery. Thanks in part to the use of PeriWatch Vigilance, and the skill of our childbirth teams, unexpected complications in full-term babies delivered at CHS hospitals have decreased 12 percent over the past two years.
