When you schedule a demo, we collect your first and last name, telephone number, email address, hospital name, role, city and state in order to provide the demo and to follow up with you. When you email us for information, we collect email address in order to respond to your email. When you sign up for our blog, we collect your name and email address in order to send you our blog.
