Maternal – Fetal Early Warning Survey

The United States has the highest maternal mortality rate among developed countries and the fourth highest infant mortality rate among OECP member countries.  To combat this, 21 obstetric societies – including AWHONN, ACOG, and SMFM — have recommended early warning systems, which research has shown can be effective tools for improving outcomes.  Share how your unit is using these relatively new protocols and learn how others are using them by completing the short survey below.
