Formerly Director of Perinatal Services at Tenet Health, Alana McGolrick has joined PeriGen as their new Clinical Outcomes Executive. In her new role Alana will focus on providing PeriGen clients with clinical outcome analysis, predictive forecasting and knowledge deployment.
Leveraging extensive years of experience, Alana specializes in providing strategic leadership for all nursing and other designated patient care functions and services within the obstetric department. Alana possess a proven track record, utilizing the nursing process to facilitate quality, safe and appropriate competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care. In addition, Alana demonstrates a broad knowledge of national benchmarks for quality outcomes of care and service, and effectively executes plans to achieve and surpass targets.
Alana’s knowledge of Lean methodology and similar continuous improvement methods, as well as change management skills and fiscal stewardship is expected to be of particular use for PeriGen customer.
As an AWHONN Instructor Trainer for twelve years, Alana has facilitated Advanced, Intermediate and Instructor Candidate fetal monitoring workshops. Currently, Alana is enrolled in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program and will graduate in May 2018.
